Body-oriented practice

Rehab, massage, TOP, and psychosomatics in a bodywork format — when it matters why the body reacts this way, not only to ease a symptom for one session.

Not just “loosening” tension: I look for the cause of the spasm or compensation and work with it through the nervous system, posture, breath, and contact with the body. Fits acute and chronic pain, limited mobility, stress held in the body.

In session I show on the body which muscles are hypotonic and which are in spasm — and why the nervous system holds that pattern. Background: psychology (SSU), applied kinesiology, P-DTR, osteopathic and visceral techniques. Ongoing training is part of the practice.

In most cases noticeable relief comes from the first visit; for chronic states we discuss a realistic plan and cadence at first contact.

Overview

In most cases you feel a clear change from the first session. Acute and chronic pain often ease within 1–4 visits. If you already saw a neurologist, manual therapist, or osteopath without a lasting result — the focus here is the cause, not a one-off symptom wipe.

Skills

  • Applied kinesiology, P-DTR, osteopathic and visceral techniques

  • Functional anatomy: posture, dynamics, compensations
  • Body-oriented psychotherapy (TOP)
  • Psychosomatics in a bodywork format — stress and symptom link
  • On-body diagnosis: demonstrating spasm vs hypotonia in session

  • Autonomic themes, GI discomfort in a bodywork context
  • Rehabilitative massage and recovery after load
  • TOP: breath, support, contact with the body in a psychological context

When to come

Formats

Rehabilitative massage

Chronic tension, recovery after load. Soft rehab logic — not “loosen for an hour”, but why the body holds the pattern.

Chronic tension and pain

Acute and chronic pain in the back, neck, joints. Looking for the cause in the nervous system and patterns, not only the muscle in the moment.

Body-oriented psychotherapy (TOP)

Body practices in a psychological context: breath, support, contact. Linked to psychological work — psy site when needed.

Psychosomatics in a bodywork format

When a body symptom ties to stress, anxiety, and inner tension — work with body and context, without “healing” promises.
